MCH Heater (Alumina Ceramic Heater)

The MCH heater (alumina ceramic heater) is produced by implementing unique metallizing and ceramic laminating process. It can be made compact and lightweight. Due to the advanced manufacturing techniques in the electric element, the MCH heater can provide higher reliability than ever before.
It is widely applied in straightener, automobile, electronic medical and family apparatus. The MCH heater has not harmful elements and is accord to ROHS, it mainly replace currently popular PTC heater.

Structure of the product: producing heat inside the ceramics, with 1.2mm of thickness.
It can heat up very quickly. Especially during its use, the heat can be compensated in 7 seconds when hair is straightened, while PTC needs 2 to 3 minutes.
As the inside resistance is adjustable, the temperature can also be adjusted, while PTC does not have this function. They can be used on top grade hair-straighten clip, LCD hair-straighten clip, digital hair-straighten clip. They are safe and reliable.
The highest temperature can reach 700 ℃ . It can rise 200 ℃ in 10 seconds, and can rise 550 ℃ in 30 seconds.
Impact current: 2.47- -2.5A for 220v 150 ohm. of 70*15.
Work voltages include 55v\110v\220v. They can endure as high as 3750v. They can be used together with aluminum boards.
