Aoxiang Pharmaceutical Packing Co., wholly owned by
Songshan Enterprise Group is a new modern high tech
enterprise and an appointed company to produce butyl rubber
pharma-stoppers (bromobutyl stopper, butyl stopper),
approved by SDA (State Drug
Administration), with total investment of RMB 80 million
yuan, with the annual output of 800 million piece pharma-
stoppers, the enterprise imported whole set of production
instruments and technique software which were the most
advanced around the world in 1990s. The production house
was designed and built in accordance with GMP. The product
quality surpassed the national standard in the inspection
of the National Medical Packing Testing Center of SDA
(State Drug Administration), therefore the enterprise was
appointed manufacturer for producing them by SDA.
Furthermore, our products passed the examination of German & U.S.A authorities and achieved the requirements of DIN58367, ISO8871 and FDA.
Butyl rubber stoppers have following merits:
excellent sealing properties and self-sealing properties,
excellent chemical stability, excellent properties of
sterillsing under high temp. or by radiation, excellent
water-proof and dampproof performance, excellent resistance
to acid, alkali and other chemical interferences. Beyond,
our products have more distinctive qualities: Zinc-free
recipe-more safety. German moulds and punching tools-more
accuracy and better looking, German washing machine with
shock rinse function and self-clean function-more clean.
